Planning your wedding is such an exciting time, but it can be overwhelming. 

In order to try and make your planning as smooth as possible, we have compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions, along with our answers, below.

  • Do you have a minimum numbers requirement?

    We are happy to cater to weddings of any size. Our Library and Dubarry Suite are the perfect settings for more intimate weddings. 


    We do however, have minumum number requirements on our larger suites, as detailed below. If you would like to hire one of our suites and can not meet the minimum numbers, don't worry you can still book with a room hire fee.


    Manor Suite: 70 Day Guests . 120 Evening Guests

    Middlemarch Suite: 50 Day Guests . 80 Evening Guests

    Marquee: 100 Day Guests . 150 Evening Guests

  • Can I have a bespoke package?

    Yes of course! We understand that every wedding is unique, and we are happy to create a bespoke package for you. Feel free to contact us to discuss your plans and requirements.

  • Do you offer discounts for midweek weddings?

    Although we ensure that the same amount of effort and support goes into every wedding, regardless of which day of the week it takes place, we do offer a small discount on midweek weddings.

  • Can we get married outside?

    Yes! We are thrilled to now be fully licenced for wedding ceremonies in our beautiful grounds. 

  • Is the evening reception included in the cost of the packages?

    Our evening receptions are  included as part of our packages for guests attending your Wedding Breakfast. Additional evening guests can be added for a small cost.


    If you hold your Wedding Breakfast with us, there is no additional room hire fee for your evening celebrations. 

  • Do we have to cater for all of our guests?

    Yes. The entire cost of your wedding is built into the Per Person price, therefore we do require that all guests are catered for.
